The phrase “personal training” can describe two very different experiences.
One happens on a shared floor, with other people training around you and equipment available when it is available. The other gives you and your Trainer a private, fully equipped Lane reserved for the session.
TRAIN was built around the second model.
In a traditional gym, personal training usually happens inside a space designed to serve many people at once. Your Trainer may be excellent, but the environment is shared.
Private personal training changes that equation. At TRAIN, the Lane is reserved for you and your Trainer. The session does not have to compete with the room around it.
A program works best when your Trainer can use the equipment the session calls for.
Every private Lane at TRAIN is equipped for serious one-on-one personal training. Your Trainer knows what will be available before you arrive, so there is less reason to change a plan because someone else is using what you need.
Some people are perfectly comfortable training in a busy environment. Others are not.
Private personal training can be especially appealing if you prefer discretion, are learning new movements, are returning after time away, or simply do not want an audience while you train.
Consistency is not only about showing up. It is also about what happens when you do.
Reserved Training™ creates a repeatable environment: your Trainer, your Lane, the equipment needed for the session and a calm Training House™ designed specifically for one-on-one work.
That depends on what you value.
If you enjoy a busy social environment and open access, a traditional gym may suit you well. If you value privacy, predictable equipment access, professional one-on-one attention and fewer distractions, private personal training may be a better fit.
TRAIN offers Reserved Training™ at Training Houses™ in Vienna and McLean, Virginia. Each location is designed around private, one-on-one sessions rather than open access.
Once you experience personal training with the space reserved around the session, the old way can feel very different.
This is Reserved Training™.
