Ditch your traditional scale and come in for a free body composition analysis on our InBody 570 machine. This non-invasive scan takes less than 60 seconds and provides you with a detailed printout including your body fat, lean muscle mass, and total body water. Emily will walk you through the results and discuss your health and wellness goals.
If you’re ready to take the next step, Emily will show you that abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. You’ll receive a detailed blueprint made just for you, complete with an organized meal plan, sample recipes and lifestyle hacks that recognize you’re only human. Emily will also establish weekly wellness goals to keep you focused and on track.
Your nutritional program should complement and evolve with your training program. And Emily will be there every step of the way as you put in the hard yards. If you’re working with a personal trainer, she’ll get regular feedback and adjust your program as needed to ensure maximum results.
