I believe training should be personalized, purposeful, and sustainable. My approach is rooted in tailoring every program to the individual, recognizing that no two people share the same needs, goals, or starting point. I focus on meeting clients where they are and designing plans that promote steady progress while emphasizing strength, mobility, and long-term confidence. By creating strategies that are both challenging and sustainable, I aim to help people achieve results that last well beyond the training sessions themselves.
My work spans a wide range of clients, from athletes returning to sport, adults pursuing a healthier and more active lifestyle, to individuals focused on healthy aging, and those seeking to maximize performance in their chosen field. I take pride in delivering programs that not only support physical progress but also build resilience, discipline, and confidence along the way. I bring expertise, energy, and a results-driven approach to every session.
Greg has been my personal trainer for 5 years. As a 67-year-old male, I previously searched for a trainer who would prioritize wellness and healthy aging to help me make the most of my senior years. I have worked with multiple trainers over the years, but none produced anything other than short-term results. Greg has an undergraduate degree in nutrition and a graduate degree in athletic training. This background provides Greg with a unique ability to provide a holistic approach to healthy aging. With Greg’s assistance, I began weight training in a therapeutic whole health environment. After 2 years, my doctor confirmed I was able to regain muscle mass and build bone density. Greg offers a full range of services for all ages, but in my case, Greg has offered me a significant opportunity to live life more fully and actively for many years. – Scott R.
Consistency beats intensity. Focus on showing up, doing the work, and building small habits that add up to big results.
