Julian has a deep passion for helping others live healthier, stronger lives. His journey began as a track athlete at LSU, where he became an SEC champion and qualified for the 2016 Olympic Trials. Competing at that level instilled in him discipline, resilience, and mental focus. After an injury shifted his path, Julian found a new purpose in understanding the body, preventing setbacks, and guiding others on their fitness journeys.
This transition led him to specialize in preventative rehab, adaptable fitness programming, and building long-term resilience. Drawing from his elite athletic background, Julian now focuses on real-world goals like staying active with family, aging with strength, and recovering from injury. He has worked with clients ranging from age 12 to 93, tailoring plans to address issues like back pain, sciatica, and poor posture. Julian’s mission is to help each client move better, feel stronger, and live the life they envision—one step, one rep, one victory at a time.
“I have long meetings everyday with other officers in the pentagon. Getting a lot of workouts throughout the week was a challenge. Julian met with me once a week and tailored a workout to develop my posterior-chain muscles. It’s been 2 years since I’ve had sciatica pain.” – a U.S. Military Admiral
“Muscle is the holy grail for health, and health is wealth.” – julian parker
