Tran creates a safe, inclusive space for everyone, regardless of sex, gender, orientation, or fitness experience. At the Happy Hour Athletics class, he is redefining happy hour through movement, community, and inclusivity.

His program focuses on “SPF”—strength, power, and functionality. He incorporates strength training, power for agility and heart health, and functional movements to help participants train like athletes while leaving with the energy and tools to thrive in daily life.
