Reggie’s personal training approach is grounded in purpose, confidence, and adaptability, guiding each client’s journey with a tailored plan that evolves as they grow stronger. Like a ship’s captain, he steers while his clients provide the drive, starting with an understanding of their physical and mental state. He’s fueled by watching clients conquer once-difficult movements and reach goals they thought were out of reach. Reggie’s mission is to help people move better, feel stronger, and live fully—so fitness enhances life, not limits it.
