my training philosophy

As a child, Janine loved watching and participating in her mom’s aerobics videos, always saying she wanted to be just like the instructor. Now, 18 years later, she’s proud to be in the fitness industry. 

Janine believes health and wellness should be simple, not complicated. In a world flooded with diet fads and quick-fix solutions, it’s important to be your own “lifestyle detective”— finding what works for you to create a realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable life.
