I don’t just push you through intense workouts; I also prioritize educating you on recovery and nutrition to ensure you get the most out of every session.
I am detail-oriented and education-driven, with a deep focus on biomechanics, physiology, and programming to provide a level of service that’s rare in this industry. My ultimate goal is to teach you so well that you won’t need me anymore, equipping you with the knowledge and tools to succeed for the rest of your life while becoming a more informed consumer of fitness concepts.
