With 20 years of training experience and a competitive athletic background, I specialize in helping people in their 40s, 50s, and 60s reclaim their strength and vitality. I understand midlife challenges like declining muscle mass, hormonal changes, mobility issues, and chronic pain because I’ve guided clients through it all.

My approach combines empathetic listening with direct, no-nonsense coaching that educates you on the how and why behind every movement and nutrition choice. My focus isn’t on quick fixes but on building the knowledge and mindset for long-term progress. Through personalized training, nutrition, and wellness coaching, my clients achieve better health metrics, experience less pain, and genuinely enjoy taking care of themselves again.
