I’ve always believed in the power of strength and fitness, taking a holistic approach that includes improving movement, building strength, and optimizing nutrition. My training philosophy focuses on enhancing strength, stability, neuromuscular function, and mobility.
I enjoy educating people on the mental and physical benefits of fitness using traditional techniques like bench-pressing, squatting, and deadlifting. I find joy in lifting heavy for its health benefits and love helping clients—like an 89-year-old I train—regain strength, balance, and mobility to return to activities they love. While intensity is relative, I tailor it to each person’s needs, ensuring a safe but effective challenge.

“Set yourself up for success by making smaller attainable goals. Focus on consistency not intensity. Even easier and shorter workouts are beneficial if performed consistently.”
