As your coach, James will adjust the intensity based on your individual needs—whether that means adding weight, pushing limits, refocusing nutrition, or starting slow to build lasting exercise habits. For beginners, you’ll take it step by step, avoiding overwhelm and fostering small successes. James’ goal is to create health-positive habits for you and your family.
